Booking Policies
Deposits
If you book your appointment online you will be prompted to enter your credit card information in order to be charged a $100 deposit. If you book through our virtual front desk we will text you a link to purchase the deposit. Your appointment is not secured until it is received, and we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if it is not secured within 24 hours of booking. The deposit is applied to your total treatment cost.
If you are scheduled for a consultation only, the deposit is held as a consultation fee. If you decide to move forward with scheduling the treatment discussed during your consultation, the deposit will be held on your account as a credit. Any cancelation or rescheduling of your future treatment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Consultation
Every client receives a full assessment/consultation prior to receiving any treatment. This is included during your injectables appointment.
If you wish to book a “consultation only” the fee is $100. This appointment is 30 minutes long and it includes a discussion of treatment goals, a thorough assessment, discussion of recommended treatments and timeline, pricing, and answers to all your questions. The treatment time is not included in this appointment. If you choose to book the recommended treatment the fee will be applied as a credit. The credit will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled.
Late cancelation / No-show
Please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior. Any late cancelation will result in a $100 fee (i.e. forfeiture of your deposit).
Late Policy
If you are running late to your appointment please call or text (321) 999-9748. If we need to cancel the appointment due to limited time it may result in a late cancelation fee.
Children & Guests
Due to limited space, and the meticulous nature of injectables that require focus and attention to detail, we recommend that you do not bring your children or guests along for your appointment.
