Deposits
When booking online, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit of $100 ($200 for facial balancing). If you book by phone or text, we will either send you a link to complete the deposit or collect your credit card information to process the payment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Appointments without a deposit within 24 hours of booking may be canceled.The deposit applies toward your treatment if you receive services the same day. For consultation-only appointments, the deposit serves as a consultation fee. If you choose to move forward with treatment, the deposit remains as a credit for up to 3 months. It can also be applied toward skincare purchases made only on the day of your consultation. After 3 months, any unused deposit will be forfeited as a consultation fee.
Consultation
Every client receives a full assessment and consultation as part of their injectable appointment, if desired. If you'd like to book a consultation only, the fee is $100. This includes a discussion of your goals, a thorough assessment, treatment recommendations, timeline, pricing, and time to answer all your questions. No treatment is performed during this visit. If you move forward with a recommended treatment within 3 months, the fee will be applied as a credit. After 3 months, it becomes a nonrefundable consultation fee.
Late cancelation / No-show
Please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior. Any late cancelation will result in a $100 fee (i.e. forfeiture of your deposit).
Late Policy
If you are running late to your appointment please call or text (321) 999-9748. If we need to cancel the appointment due to limited time it may result in a late cancelation fee.
Children & Guests
Due to limited space, and the meticulous nature of injectables that require focus and attention to detail, we recommend that you do not bring your children or guests along for your appointment.

What is Facial Balancing?
Facial Balancing is a full-face approach using small, precise amounts of dermal filler to bring features into harmony—typically refining the cheeks, chin, jawline, and lips. Instead of chasing a single area, we assess proportions from multiple angles and tailor a plan that looks like you, just more balanced. Treatment can be completed in one visit or staged for the most natural result.

What is PRF for under eyes?
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a natural, filler-free treatment made from a small sample of your own blood. Concentrated growth factors are placed under the eyes to support collagen, helping soften dark circles, fine lines, and hollowness. Minimal downtime; results build over a series of sessions.
What is PRP for hair loss?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses a small sample of your own blood. The plasma—rich in growth factors—is placed into areas of thinning to help support follicles and hair density. It’s a non-surgical treatment with minimal downtime. Typically done as a short series, with results building gradually (varies by person).
Are your treatments safe?
Safety is our first priority. Every treatment is performed by Physician Associate Stephanie Williams using medical protocols. Our Medical Director, Dr. Neil Sandhu, MD, FAAD—a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon—oversees clinical standards. We use FDA-approved medications/devices where indicated, and offer autologous options like PRF/PRP that use your own blood—reducing allergy risk. We’ll review candidacy, benefits, and risks before treating so you can make an informed choice.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Most treatments have very minimal downtime.
Botox: back to routine same day; no strenuous exercise/sauna that day
Filler: swelling/bruising possible 1–14 days; full settle ~2-4 weeks
Microneedling/PRF/PRP: pink 24–48 hrs; light flaking 3–5 days
Chemical peels: peeling phase 3–7 days (depth-dependent)
Sculptra: mild swelling 1–10 days; gradual results

Every service is performed by Stephanie Williams, PA-C (Physician Associate). Drawing on a strong background in dermatology and aesthetics, Stephanie tailors each treatment to your features and goals, with careful assessment, clear guidance, and meticulous technique. Your care is never delegated—start to finish, you’re with the provider you booked.
